Atlanta’s Raury has been buzzing since mid 2014 when some of his videos started racing across the web. His unigue style and sound have set him apart from the rest of the up-and-coming class, and Kanye West even flew him out to tell him how his video had inspired ‘Ye creatively.
Today, Raury comes back to with a pretty deep video that he is calling a short film, which basically is a public service announcement that is anti-societal norms, and attempt to challenge where society is headed in regards to things like technological reliance (determinism). The video rolls while a powerful guitar riff and silent song plays in the back. Raury states “I hope one day my grand daughter still knows how to write”.
Watch the new video for “PSA (Seven Suns)” and tell us what you thought. Is it corny or powerful? The beauty of art is interpretation changes everything.
